Pen and Ink drawing describes the process of using pens to apply ink to a surface.  It is a portable, low-cost convenient way to create simple line drawings.  In this class, we will explore creating inked lines using different techniques with pen and ink, then adding watercolor.  The inked line is spontaneous and bold, it has a presence on the page that, along with a watercolor wash, creates a finished look without laboring to create dimension with watercolor alone and is very satisfying, especially for the beginner.  Geared to beginners but all levels are welcome.
