Senior Workshop Our senior workshops are always a popular event. We rotate instructors and types of classes given. This year we will be including new instructors so be sure to check out this page when class times get closer. We will list the instructor and the project prior to the class. Senior classes are the second Friday of each month. December morning Senior Workshop will be with instructor, Cathy Walls and she will be working in watercolor. Loose and easy watercolor holiday miniatures using the bokeh method. Perfect for beginners but still fun for the experienced painter, the bokeh effect in watercolor painting is a technique that creates an out-of-focus, soft background. The word “bokeh” comes from Japanese and means “blur quality” or “fuzzy”. Ideal for creating greeting cards!
